about me

Welcome to the journey of a passionate, enthusiastic twenty-something-year-old, hoping to inspire others and live life to the fullest. Having completed a Bachelor degree in psychology and a Masters in Counselling with a focus on positive behaviour change, I now work in research and health promotion, and spend as much time as I can writing, travelling, and cooking.

How would you describe me?

Optimistic, enthusiastic, passionate, classic, thoughtful and slightly clueless.

Who inspires me?

There are so many people in my life who have helped me get to where I am today. My sister, who is undoubtedly one of the most remarkable people I know, and I were raised by two amazingly supportive parents who taught us the value of generosity, unconditional love, and kindness – to never doubt our worth and to treat our bodies with respect. These are all things that I wish to share with you.

I am inspired by anyone who follows their passion and works towards leaving the world a better place. These people are often relatively unknown and unassuming. Humble, generous and kind individuals who surround us every day.

My goals and passions.

It is my aim to work with people to help them to reach their full potential by increasing awareness of health in all areas of our lives and making people think about the short and long-term impacts of various choices and behaviours. I want to make a cultural shift towards genuine connections through vulnerable, authentic relationships that help us to grow.

I love to learn, explore, cook, travel and embrace different cultures. My passions are eating an abundance of real foods, looking for the beauty in every day and authentic connections with people. Life is a blessing which we must take the opportunity to make the most of; with balance and mindset being the secret to living abundantly.

I wholeheartedly believe you can never be too loving, have too many cookbooks or find an inappropriate time to change the world for the better.

Embrace every moment with me as I explore the world and share my passion for travel, food, life, learning and love.

xx

Your insight and thoughts about living life fulfilling your passions are an inspiration. ‘ it’s not the number of breaths you take, but the moments that takes your breath away’.

Thank you so much. I absolutely love your work. Eventually, I would love to be working in a similar capacity to what you do. I think that positive psychology is such a powerful way to enrich people lives, develop strong leaders and ultimately create thriving workplaces.
